When the journals and kits go on sale

If you buy a digital product from VERALUZ and it does not serve you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings.

How to ask

Email cristina@veraluz.co with the email address you used to buy. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. VERALUZ is operated by Cristina Garcia in Los Angeles, California.
